Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all cities and regions across Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days
  • Shipping Charges: PKR 299

Our standard shipping service is fulfilled through trusted courier partners, including:

  • M&P Courier
  • PostEx

Fast Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 Business Days
  • Shipping Charges: PKR 499

Fast shipping orders are delivered through:

  • TCS Express

Order Processing

After you place your order, our customer support team will contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Our order confirmation team operates:

Monday – Sunday

7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Orders confirmed during business hours are usually processed and dispatched on the same day.

Orders received after business hours may be processed on the next working day.


Order Confirmation

Before dispatching your parcel, our team may contact you to verify:

  • Customer Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Phone Number
  • Shipping Method
  • Order Details

This process helps us minimize delivery issues and ensure accurate shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, Shopify will automatically send your tracking information to your registered email address.

The tracking email will include:

  • Courier Name
  • Tracking Number
  • Shipment Status

Customers can use the tracking number to monitor their parcel throughout the delivery process.


Delivery Delays

Although we always aim to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier operational issues
  • Natural disasters
  • High order volumes
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If your order has not yet been dispatched, our team will notify you by email regarding the expected delay.

If your parcel has already been dispatched, we will contact the courier company, obtain the latest shipping status, and keep you informed until delivery.


Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

During order confirmation, our team will verify your shipping address with you.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible.

Even if your parcel has already been dispatched, we will make every reasonable effort to coordinate with the courier company to update the delivery address whenever possible. Please note that address changes after dispatch cannot always be guaranteed and may depend on the courier's policies.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful or the customer is unavailable to receive the parcel, our team will contact the customer to understand the reason and assist in arranging another delivery attempt whenever possible.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation or additional courier charges, depending on the courier's policies.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available throughout Pakistan, subject to courier service availability in your area.


Delivery Verification

Some courier companies may require a signature, verification code (OTP), or another form of delivery confirmation upon receipt of the parcel.

If a customer requests additional privacy or wishes to receive the parcel using a verification code or similar method, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request where supported by the courier service.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any additional shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before dispatch.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information.
  • Keeping their phone number available during the delivery process.
  • Responding promptly to order confirmation calls.
  • Inspecting the parcel upon delivery.
  • Reporting any delivery issues as soon as possible.
