Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive the wrong perfume, a damaged parcel or a leaking bottle, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Return Shipping

Please do not send any item without approval from our support team. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided once your request has been approved.
