Products Eligible for Return
You are eligible for a 100% refund if:
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is returned in its original condition.
- The perfume bottle has not been opened.
- The original seal is intact.
- The original box and packaging are undamaged.
- The product has not been used.
- All original accessories (if applicable) are included.
- The returned product successfully passes our inspection.
Once approved, your refund will be transferred to your original payment method or bank account.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The return request is submitted after 7 days.
- The perfume has been used.
- The original seal has been broken (except where partial refund applies).
- The product has been intentionally damaged.
- The original packaging is missing or heavily damaged.
- Accessories included with the product are missing.
- The returned product does not match the original order.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered due to our mistake, we will provide:

There will be no additional charges for the replacement.
Damaged or Leaking Product
If your perfume arrives damaged, broken, or leaking during shipping:
- You will receive a 75% Cashback, or
- A Free Replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
To process your claim, we may request clear photos or a short video of the damaged parcel and product.
Return Window (7 Days)
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.
If a return request is not submitted within this period, the product will no longer be eligible for:
- Return
- Refund
- Replacement
We recommend inspecting your order immediately after delivery.

Return Process
Once your return request has been approved:

Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
However, if the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving the wrong product), we may compensate you with a discount voucher or another suitable solution.

Every returned product is carefully inspected.

Full Refund Eligibility (100% Refund)
You will receive a 100% refund if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- Your prepaid order could not be delivered.
- The returned product meets all return conditions and passes inspection.
Approved refunds will be transferred directly to your selected payment method.
Partial Refund Eligibility (75% Refund)
A 75% refund may be approved if:
- The product box has been opened.
- The original seal has been broken.
- The returned product is otherwise in acceptable condition after inspection.
Product Replacement Policy
We offer a free replacement if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- You receive the wrong variant.
- You receive the wrong size.
- You receive a different fragrance than the one ordered.
Replacement orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned product has been inspected and approved, your refund will normally be processed within 1–2 hours.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are prepared or dispatched for shipment.
